Meeting Vault moves your Zoom cloud recordings directly into your Google Drive using secure OAuth connections. We never download, store, or have access to your recording files — they go straight from Zoom to your Drive. All transfers happen over encrypted connections.

Meeting Vault works with any Zoom plan that includes cloud recording — typically Zoom Workplace Pro and above. If your team records meetings to Zoom's cloud, you're good to go.

Yes. There are no long-term contracts — your subscription is month-to-month and you can cancel at any time. If you cancel within the first 30 days, we'll refund everything including the setup fee, no questions asked. Your files stay in your Google Drive regardless.
